Excellent service on a decent Honda car for a great price. Communication was good, everything was done in an honest manner and their professionalism and kindness was top notch! No overcharging, BS fees or anything which I have experienced renting in other countries. I highly recommend.

We rented a car from this Lombok vibes for a long period of six weeks and had an excellent experience throughout.
They were always responsive and accommodating, happily fulfilling all our requests — including changing the car to a different size during the rental period.

Communication was very easy, and they were always available via WhatsApp. When we had a flat tire, they came to us and replaced it quickly at no extra cost.

The service also included meeting us at the airport at the end of the rental, which made everything very convenient.
Throughout the entire rental, they were reliable, professional, and genuinely kind.

Highly recommended.

We just returned our self drive rental car from Vibes!
Great service, fast in communication, great prices for a brand new Honda.
It was delivered to our hotel in Kuta and we dropped it off at Bangsal port for our ferry to Bali for just a small fee.
We drove ourselves, but be sure that you feel comfortable driving on the left and are an experienced driver.
Although the roads are in good condition, driving here is not for the faint hearted! 😎
We can only recommend you hire your car with or without driver with Vibes Lombok!
